Mass media surveillance harassment using FM Radio DJ's

In conjunction with my other video of my digital voice recorder file. My DVR was running as I eat breakfast in my car and at 3:07 of the DVR file (other video) I turn to 100.9fm. This video syncs up at 3;33 of the DVR file. The DJ states 'That took forever' referring to pouring milk on his cereal.
