There are some foods that can raise your risk of cancer. If you're not already convinced to make a few changes to your diet, this video is for you... let's talk about 6 major categories of foods that put your health at increased risk for cancer, and why these foods should be avoided as much as possible: - red meat - processed meats (such as hot dogs and sausage) - fatty animal proteins (like ham and bacon) - ultra-processed products - fried foods - refined grains None of these are banned for life.
Some are more important than others. So where does this leave us? Here's my take on it -- yes, all of these foods DO significantly increase your risk of cancer.
