Prophet Muhammad said Christian Scripture Is Not Corrupted

Muhammad is very clear that Christians still have the word of God but for some reason no one believes what the Prophet of Islam said about this topic. Where are the devout followers in Islam who believe what their Prophet said & if even the faithful in Islam don't believe him why should the unbeliever?
