Smoked Eye of Round on a Pellet Grill... Bonus Sauce Recipe
Roast beef for deli slicing can be done at home very easily. Prepare an eye of round and smoke it at 225 degrees until the internal temp of the beef reaches 125 degrees that boost the temp of your grill to 325 or sear the beef to 135 degrees internal temp. Slice some red onions and make this awesome horseradish mustard sauce. 1 part mayo, 1 part horseradish mustard, 1 TBS SPG. Build your roast beef sandwich on your favorite bread, I am using an artisan bun slightly toasted.
