I watched a movie called ' Broad peak' last night and I asked myself, what compels someone to risk life and limb, just to say ' I did that'?

The inward work of self awareness needs us to look at our egos in a way where we become master and commander of our thoughts, feelings and actions because if we do not take control; our egos rule over us and our egos lead us always into disaster.
