Dr. Rake Confronts the California Medical Association for Supporting AB 2098

At the Ventura County Chapter meeting of the California Medical Association (CMA) on Sept 13, 2022 at the Spanish Hills Country Club in Camarillo, Dr. Rake asks why the CMA leadership promotes persecution of doctors who speak against the orthodox narrative (aka the "medical consensus"). It is unclear HOW, precisely, the medical consensus will be defined, but we know WHO will define it: the CA Medical Board, a group of mostly lawyers and non-medical personnel. The CMA leadership's defense of AB-2098 is that the Board can only go after physicians who have "malicious intent." The CMA was unable to state what "malicious intent" means, but one thing is certain: it is another term whose definition will be left up to the Board.
