Recipe:
1-2 medium sized zucchini
2 large garlic cloves crushed
2-3 small tomatoes
4 leaves basil
1 tsp of red pepper flakes
Oil pan with Grape Seed oil using medium heat
Brown oil, garlic and red pepper together until simmer
Add Zucchini noodles
Stir for 5 min
Add tomatoes and basil
Sprinkle with cheese
(If you want more sauce, add 2 tsp of cornstarch and water to make a sauce/gravy)
