DeSantis on CA Gov: 'Hair gel impairing brain function'

In a press conference in Daytona Beach, FL, Governor Ron DeSantis addressed California Governor Gavin Newsom's letter to the Department of Justice to prosecute DeSantis. DeSantis responded by saying, "So the Governor of California sent a letter to the Department of Justice saying you need to prosecute Texas and Florida Governors. And all I can say is, um I think his hair gel is interfering with his brain function."
