Michigan Supreme Court Chief Justice Resigns

Bridget McCormack, the Chief Justice of the Michigan Supreme Court, has decided to resign from office even though she has six more years left on her term. Her resignation comes after forcing two proposals onto the midterm ballot. Perhaps her conscious is finally getting to her? Gretchen Whitmer is considering appointing Democrat Kyra Bolden to fill her spot on the court.
