Avocado chips are a great everyday snack that is easy to make. All you need is a little bit of time to prepare this recipe!

INGREDIENTS

One small avocado

1/2 cup grated parmesan

One teaspoon of lemon juice or lime juice

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/2 teaspoon tarragon

pinch of sea salt to flavor

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees.

Prepare a baking pan with parchment paper.

Add avocado, lime juice, or lemon juice to a food processor or a bowl.

Add grated cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, tarragon, and salt to taste.

Process until well combined. Blend for about 30 seconds until smooth and creamy.

Measure out teaspoonsful onto baking pan, leave 3-4 inch space between each scoop.

Flatten each teaspoon of avocado mixture to make a slight circular crisp of 3-4 inches in width.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, flip each avocado crisp and finish baking for an additional 30 minutes. Each side should be crisp, brown, and baked until done.

Remove crisp from oven and place on a cooling rack so the crisps can cool and get crispy.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature. These excellent snacks are best eaten on the same day of cooking.
