Bending reality

A talk about how we are seeing definitions change. What is a woman and what is a man? What is racism and sexism? What does it mean to be transphobic? If I disagree with anything that is currently accepted as being in style; will I be cast down with one or more of these labels? Just wait until next week. The definitions will change again.

How can we help ourselves and those around us if we can't be truthful. If we always feel the need to please then how do we protect ourselves from those who seek to take advantage.
