Cancer, your twin flame maybe in another relationship at this time and I see they want to be honest with you, as much as they don't want to neglect or abandon you, it's hard for them to be with you in the way that you want. I see that possibly they are still dealing with the karmic and maybe they feel the same way to the karmic as well. The other reason I saw was because they are a father/mother and have kids, have a foundation (money attachments) to the spouse and kids so it is hard for them to let go.

What I am seeing is that it is time for them to heal now. They are starting to understand your connection. For you, you are feeling complacent.
