Bench press pyramid routine working up to 300lbs then back down week 1 day 2. 245lbsx5, 265lbsx3, 280lbsx1, 300lbs, 280lbsx2, 265lbsx3, 245lbsx5. Increasing from previous session by 5lbs on most set. Progressively overloading slowly until 315lbs is part of work set.
