15. Integrating mystical experiences with Andra Dediu

Andra’s work is around integration.

She holds transformational spaces for humans wanting to move out of what she calls ‘the darkness’ and ‘deadness’ (a.k.a. depressive tendencies or the dark night of the soul) toward feeling alive, connected, and peaceful.

She also supports people to integrate the highs and lows of spiritual awakening and insights from altered states of consciousness.

She blends powerful mystical practices with current scientific knowings for true & authentic transformation.

This comes from her own experience of going through such experiences.

She has done so much training that going through it all would legitimately take too much time. Her studies span from ancient practices like mindfulness, yoga and buddhism, to a Master’s of Science in Consciousness, Spirituality, & Transpersonal Psychology… to kundalini dance, to somatic work and so much in between.

We talk about how people experience spiritual awakenings, the importance of having a guide and fundamental ideas about how to integrate mystical experiences. Andra also shares perspectives from both ancient traditions as well as modern science, and the importance of making meaning from these experiences.
