Tilapia Pond - First Step, Setting up the Pond

I am putting up a TIlapia pond / grow out Hydroponics station at my home so I can raise fish and grow my own plants / food, right here at home! This is going to be a step by step.. sort of.. video on how to make this all happen. I am NOT any kind of expert in ANY of these fields, so between all of us, lets make this happen !!
My overall goal is to educate people, even if it's a what NOT to do event! and in worse case, give you some of your OWN ideas, how to do it better !
