The state of Illinois has passed a controversial legislation called the Safe T Act that goes into effect January 1st, 2023. The bill allows no cash bail for crimes will include kidnapping, 2nd degree murder and aggravated DUI. Clearly the "lawmakers" in Illinois have lost their collective minds, bu is there something more sinister going on here?
