You have been saved by Jesus and you feel free, clean, and whole. You do not understand why others refuse Jesus and choose to practice sin freely. But then you find that you still are a sinner, and it bothers you. You begin to sense an inner civil war ragging between your new person in the spirit, and that old person of the flesh.

In this episode, you will discover the truth in that struggle as you go through the book of Romans. The struggle with sin and our old nature is real, but be of good cheer, the struggle is a good sign. If you do not struggle with sin, then you are still in darkness because you do not recognized the sin in your life.

The closer you get to Jesus, the more you realize how in need you are of Him. This is a great mile stone in your relationship with God. The key is to give up on your own effort to be good and rely on the power of the Holy Spirit to do good. It is impossible to do on your own. Let God help you.
