Vagrant Breaks Into Portland Woman's Home, Gets Released & Charges Dropped

Earlier in September, a homeless woman in Portland identified by police as 54-year-old Terri Lynn Zinser unlawfully entered a woman's home and began lying down in the victim's 10-year-old's bedroom. Upon being discovered, police say Zinser threw an ottoman at the homeowner before fleeing the scene. Zinser was arrested shortly thereafter, but she was released from jail shortly thereafter and the charges of burglary in the first degree and harassment were dropped by prosecutors.
