Hi Courageous Souls!
Let's just be. I love going to the beach, closing my eyes, and grounding myself in the surroundings. While listening to the soothing music, simply bring your focus to the peaceful present moment. A mindful meditation that allows thoughts to come and go like the ocean's gentle waves. Accepting then releasing. Hope you can find some peace and solace from this video.
