Guided Mindfulness Meditation for Releasing Stress and Suppressed Emotions.

Mindful inquiry into suppressed emotions allows you to gently and mindfully guide your mind to bodily sensations that hold tension. Each time you return, you may find it becomes easier to let go of the tension, and further acknowledge that it is ok to move on.

This Guided Mindfulness Meditation for Releasing Stress and Suppressed Emotions brings your awareness to how your thoughts influence your emotions, which in turn affects you physically.

In this meditation, I will guide you through a simple breathing awareness exercise, so you can use your breath to guide your mind to where you need to release tension, using it as an anchor when you need to return to a state of calm if the suppressed emotions become overwhelming.

We will then move through the entire body, releasing tension in each body area, enabling the mind to be more receptive to open up and release suppressed emotions that can lead to anxiety and panic attacks.
