Spiritual Soul Advice How to deal with the energies in a practical way

Hey Everyone, I am back to the beginning of my channel. I did a few videos early on last fall discussing spiritual topics. What I am noticing right now is a lot of energy and not many people are trying different modalities when they feel stuck or unable to clear. When I am on different platforms reading comments, a lot of people tell others about how and what their feeling but whats offered costs money. Many of us don't have that, so I give a few examples that work for me, I also change up the routine on meditations, guided meditations, use of affirmation cards, mantra cards, gems, Music, Binaural beats, aromatherapy, what you can do in nature and many more.
I talk about children and how some of these might help them and you, even if your not into the spiritual stuff, changing your mindset and how to get neutral. We are all individual and what works for one, may not work for you. I give a lot of examples for you to try in your every day life, from the busy parent, to the worker of all hours, to those on the brink. I hope someone resonates, as spirit kept me up to put this out cause many of us need to try something different.
