LOW CARB NUTELLA AVOCADO BROWNIES

Instructions Mashup 1 small or half a large avocado in a large bowl. Be sure to mash it up well so you don't have avocado chunks in your batter! Alternatively, you can blend/process all the ingredients below. To the avocado, add 1/3 cup melted coconut oil, a pinch of sea salt, and 2 tsp vanilla extract. Add in 1 cup confectioners monk fruit sweetener. Mix well, add 1 1/2 cups sifted almond flour, 1 cup dark cacao powder, and 3 large room temp eggs. At this point, you can add everything to a food processor and process it to mix well together if you want, or you can trust your hand mixing skills. Up to you! Mix well, then add roasted hazelnuts and steviasweetened chocolate chips. Feel free to use however much you want, for example, about 3/4 cup each. If you want to make them extra hazelnutty, you can add or swirl in a couple of tablespoons of hazelnut butter.

Spread out the batter on greased parchment paper on an 8x8 pan - use a spatula to even it out. Put in the oven for 20-25 mins (time depends on your oven) at 350F. Remove. IMPORTANT: Let them cool, then divide them up however small or big you want. Add some sea salt flakes for more flavor. ENJOY.
