Known as the Puck Building—in New York City’s Nolita neighborhood returned to the market on Wednesday asking $35 million.

(Mr. Stein and Ms. Power were not immediately available for comment.)

A spacious great room with floor-to-ceiling windows and glass doors opens out onto the terrace, per listing photos, as does a large, sunny dining room as well as an open kitchen with island seating. The great room also boasts a floor-to-ceiling steel gas fireplace, according to marketing materials.
