Pell grant and subsidized federal direct loans are need based. The 2022-2023 FAFSA is based on the 2020 income. Students with a prior bachelors degree are not eligible for Pell. I’ve worked at community college in Iowa since 1998. They have to sign a promissory note and now it’ll be forgiven, not right! I’ve always had to pay back my debt. On another note, I use to follow you on Facebook but when they kicked President Trump off, I had my account deleted.
