12 HOUR SMOKED PORK BUTT (Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Cooker)

Thought I was going to be doing a 6-8 hour meat smoke using the Oklahoma Joe's Bronco here, but things didn't go as planned because I forgot to check one thing! ( my hands are not dirty folks, I was doing some spray paint with black paint)
