At prosecution of Robert Jones for Disturbing the Peace with Judge Susan Clark and 3 Boise City Prosecutors Garth gets kicked out for laughing at bucket hockey comment. Sara gets kicked out for texting, even though Boise Prosecutor Cruella De Vil was texting in the pews. Melanie gets kicked out by Edward Bennett for making a head motion to her husband while he’s testifying.
Courts are very sensitive. Diana’s neighborhood showed up again to testify that they were disturbed by loud noise. They are very sensitive too. They couldn’t prove Robert made loud noise besides hitting a bucket.
