This is frustrating that a Deputy Chief of Police was busted for soliciting prostitution while out of town training. Sheriff Judd put it best, "What were you thinking?!"

The purpose of this video is to call it out and then gain an understanding as to how we can prevent character flaws that lead to serious misconduct.
