Reaping a good harvest in the face of the enemy. (Galatians 6:7-10)

Be it the enemy out there or the enemy in us, those Screwtape voices, the negative nancys, the voices that speak lies to draw us off the path and into the thicket. Jumped on the side of the road because we got busy focusing in and listening to the roar of waves and the blustering of noisy wind.
The harvest blessing that can and does come is that reviving life, that bounty of SPIRIT in us that is making us a new creation, daily. Something we will go over even more with next post I am wondering/thinking. Here we are talking about and get to talk about doing good to everyone, and doing it because of how good HE is to us. Fruit and root. How we live is the outward result of the life inside us. If it is dying on the inside because we have refused to be refresh by HIM, submitting ourselves, our minds, our hearts, and our beings before HIM, then that death will always, inevitably, be seen on the outside. Because we cannot go a single second without being in intimate relationship with HIM. How can we go a week, a day, an hour, a minute, or even a second, without staying rooted in our source of LIFE, without it, we are, by definition, dead. So we are here again. Life or death. Blessing or curse. The choice is simply: HIM or ourselves. For if we live to please the Spirit we will harvest everlasting life.
