Today was a nice recovery hike at Mission Trails Regional Park here in San Diego, CA. The park is big with a lot of hikes and different options, there are also bridges and other nice structures since it’s an old Marine base, used to be Camp Elliott. Today the focus was get a couple miles in to move the blood and to work with the Honey Bee Flow Rope by #sandiegoflowropes It’s a nice rope whether a beginner, experienced or someone who wants a nice compact and durable training or meditation rope. It’s a half pound 48 strand rope that moves very aerodynamically through the wind. I take it everywhere. Today was all Matador Crosses, credits to @thedavidweck for the named move. ☀️☀️☀️
Ropes available at www.sandiegoflowropes.com or www.Forlifeandsport.com both go same place, Ropes support blog and more to come

You don’t need to go fast, you don’t need to go slow either, today I moved fast as well as at a slow and meditative pace with the rope. As well as a light intensity hike of around 3.0 miles. Turn page for close up of rope. Available via link in bio as well🦜🦜🦜

Today’s practice:

•Matador Cross-Matador Wheel
5 sets until I could feel heart rate and pace of breath increase, keeping it aerobic. 🌊🌊🌊

•Rows with Flow rope, not pictured, used a steel fence post, 4x10 High rows, body ridged, 1 second concentric and 3 second eccentric. 🌲🌲🌲

•3 mile hike with small 200 foot elevation gain in Xero Shoes barefoot sneakers, need a hiking pair.
