Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre, Bloc Québécois Leader Yves-François Blanchet, and NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh pay tribute to Queen Elizabeth II during a special sitting of the House of Commons.
