How to Make Kale Powder | Preserving Kale | Freezing Kale

It's time to preserve the fresh kale from my vegetable garden! We'll dehydrate some of the kale to turn it into kale powder, and we'll also freeze some of it. Then we'll make a smoothie with kale powder in it - it's a great way to sneak in some veggies - you can't even taste it!
