Once again, like with my OHP earlier this week, I thought my previous best with this weight was 7 reps. Turns out, it was five with paused reps, and 6 with Touch N' Go. I was feeling pretty confident I could at the very least hit six, but I was really hoping I could get seven. It was a grinder for sure, but I did it! This marks an ALL-TIME REP PR, surpassing my previous paused record by two reps, and my Touch N' Go by one! This is great progress! Let's hope for some more, in the coming sessions! 🤘🏻
