Hey there!! Thanks for joining us again today! We're doing the education of all yoga poses. We are going to go through and break down each pose one by one, step by step! These will come out every Saturday morning until we get through them. Then we will move into the doshas, chakras and the yamas and niyamas! So much yoga and we are here for it!!!! Enjoy!

Today's asana or pose is warrior 2 - once again going through the book in order and they put 2 in front of 1 so here we are! Virabhadrasana 2 in sanskrit! Such a great pose for our inner child!!
