Bheki Cele Brief Media on Kidnapping, Extortion and Transport

The Police Ministry and the top management South African Police Service (SAPS) on Thursday, 15 September 2022, briefed the media on progress of investigations into kidnapping, extortion and transport related cases in the province, investigated by the police under the leadership of National Commissioner, General Fannie Masemola.
