In this video we go through 3 things you should consider.
One of the most important take aways is that your GP will most likely prescribe you painkillers to be able to get through the day with less pain.
What we do day to day is usually the reason we have back pain in the first place (poor usage over time).
Therefore doing the correct, safe rehab exercises despite a reasonable degree of pain is completely acceptable.
You should always reflect on your pain levels and use them as a guide.
