Lose balance during exercises?

If you lose balance, it's okay to stabilize yourself. Even with bilateral exercises (two legs or two arms). Even a finger or two can make a difference!

I used to be such a stickler on form. Reps wouldn't "count" unless they were done with picture perfect form.

Eventually, I realized that effort is effort. Perfection matters when we're competing or if we're performing art (like ballet or gymnastics).

However, in training, it's okay if things aren't perfect. Just stay safe!
