Incra Miter Express with larger panels

just a quick thing on adding the Incra Miter 5000 drop panel to the Incra Miter Express. I moved from a Dewalt 7491 Table saw. I recently got a SawStop PCS175 so I needed to get a new drop panel. instead of getting the one for the Express sled I got the one for the Miter 5000 and it fits just fine. as of now I would say it is worth doing.

I used the Incra Miter Express for years. it eventually replaced my shop made sleds. for all cuts as it was small accurate and easy to adjust. and when I had the need for just a miter gauge it was easy to take the gauge off and use. putting it back in the sled was not a problem and after measuring several times it always came out square and true. the Express is also small so it doesn't take up a tun of space. I really see no need for a larger sled. and you get double duty.

so if you where wondering if you could add the Miter 5000 drop panel to the Miter Express, yes you can, works like a charm.
