Gov. Dan Malloy "We were spoke to"

At the begining of Dan Malloy's Dec 14, 2012 press conference about Sandy Hook, he states that "him and the LT Gov. have been spoken to in an attempt to that we might be prepared for something like this playing itself out in our state.
