Hartman’s SRO Steak & Veggie Kabobs

Welcome back to Hartman’s outdoor kitchen on Suwannee Ridge Outdoors. Hartman cooks steak and veggie kabobs on the Blackstone Griddle.

Ingredients:
New York strip steak

Zucchini

Squash

Red bell pepper

Purple onion

Yellow petite potatoes

Cut up vegetables into approx 1 inch pieces and slide onto the skewers in whatever patter you choose, then cut up the steak and slide onto a skewer. Cook vegetables first until 90% cooked. Then cook steak to desired doneness.
