Plants vs Zombies 2 - Epic Quest - Seedium Plant Showcase - Stunion - September 2022

This Penny's quest focuses on the CORE plant Stunion and was offered between between September 14, 2022 and September 21, 2022.

Completing this quest awards the player fifty (50) seeds for seedium and core plants.

Stunion is a member of the Contain-Mint family.
Stunion costs 25 Sun.
When activated, stuns all zombies in a 1x2 area in front of it for twelve (12) seconds - consuming the plant.
When given plant food, Stunion will stun all zombies in a 4x3 area in front of it for eighteen (18) seconds.

Commentary:
A cheap plant which can stun zombies will do wonders in the early parts of a level and even late in a level, can be dropped to stun a small horde.

Bottom Line:
It's not so much that Stunion is a bad plant for the cost. It's just that it has a long recharge (21 seconds - 1 second per level) that makes this plant not very helpful. Why stall a single zombie in the early part of a level when Potato Mine can eliminate it for 50 Sun cost and recharge time? For 50 Sun, I can have Squash. So why stun when you can eliminate?
