EMF High Reading Over Sidewalk

Two thing I found abut EMF. One is the orientation I am holding the meter makes a difference. Two is there may be EMF radiation under sidewalks. My neighborhood has all underground power. There are at least tow areas that the sidewalks are high on the M-Field spectrum. Most of the rest of the sidewalks are not nearly as high and it seems relatively localized. In front of my home it reads very low and a little higher where I suspect the main power comes in to the meter from the street.
