Fear is a powerful tool of manipulation. 4 examples.

1. When people fear missing out, they are proving to you that they are not satisfied with something.

2. The last 3 years have proven we can’t trust government agencies to tell us the truth and now they are leveraging their muscle to silence political opponents thus causing more fear.

3. All the hot bodies and smiling faces on social media cover over a lot of very discontented people.

4. Everyone has an expiration date. When you die, you can’t take your Aventador or Centenario with you. And no matter what, just like you, they will eventually turn to dust.

Studies performed that reviewed people that were dying have fascinating results. The vast majority of people have substantial levels of discontent and regret. Very few have a deep fulfillment for everything they’ve accomplished.

Durable Fulfillment is a result of a person feeling they have completed their mission. They have run their race. They have lived their life, eaten the chocolate cake, enjoyed their friends, family, and business.

Fulfillment is not a temporary feeling of happiness or success or freedom in life’s peak moments.

Durable Fulfillment is an enduring sense of all three. It comes with physical health, personal boundaries, emotional energy, intellect, and good decision making skills.

It takes time to develop and grow and that is what makes it so special and important to achieve.

So here is the formula:
Happiness (Emotional Energy) + Success (Intellect) + Freedom (Decision Making) + Durability (Personal Boundary) = Durable Fulfillment
