This NEW Approach to “Unf**k Yourself” Will Change Masculinity Forever!

In the early hours of the morning in Little Rock you encounter a group of men out for a walk. It is still dark, cool and the streets are pretty bare otherwise. It is a strange site, but they aren’t just walking either. Some carry a log together; others bear crawl or push a sled. What are these crazy people doing marching towards the capital building? They are obviously tired and switch out spots periodically, but they are still enthused. There is a strange camaraderie between them that makes you want to join in. What is this and what is it about?

Cole Rodgers started life just like a lot of us do, chasing “the dream” and following other people who were successful. Along the way he got lost in the choices and consequences of said choices; it blew up his life. Things started to change when one person in his life cared enough to speak those words “Cole, you need to Unf**k yourself”
