● Ingredients

・Baby potatoes (Regular potatoes are OK as well) ... 6~10
・Rosemary ... 2~3
・Garlic
・Bacon ... 2
・Olive oil
・Salt

● Cooking Recipe

① Cut the well-washed potatoes with the skins into easy-to-bite sizes.

② Finely chop Garlic, rosemary, and bacon.

③ Put potatoes, minced garlic, rosemary, and bacon in a bowl.
Sprinkle with salt and pour evenly olive oil, and mix well.

④ Place a parchment paper or aluminum foil on an oven tray, put ③ in it, and put it in an oven preheated to 400F for about 35 to 45 minutes, mixing the whole a few times on the way, until the potatoes are soft.

● Cooking tips
