Uganda Medical Officer Says COVID is Essentially Over w/ Very Low Levels of Vaccination.

Dr. John Campbell: "So we can say in eastern Uganda, for all intent and purposes, COVID is finished?"

Dr. Wefwafwa Andrew: "Yeah"

Dr. John Campbell: "Presumably this is due to very high vaccination rates in Uganda?"

Dr. Wefwafwa Andrew: "No, not really."
