According to Augustin Carstens, the head of the Bank of International Settles, the best things about Central Bank Digital Currency or CBDCs is that it will give central bankers absolute control over how all money is spent. This isn't a conspiracy theory anymore. They are saying this shamelessly, out loud, in front of cameras for all to see.
