They are one of the key muscles in our bodies that helps to stabilize the pelvis and spine, allowing our bodies to move and exercise without the risk of injuring our lower backs. So many people have lower back issues and one way to help with this is to open up and stretch those tight hip flexors. I hope you really enjoy this flow!
