“Your mindset is your weakness or your strength. Nothing in your life is as powerful in determining your future. The tension created in most peoples lives between their goals, dreams or visions and the mindest through which they view the world is dramatic and painful. In many cases hopelessness follows the victim mindset. The will to succeed is suppressed. Dependance is the only alternative. That is to the benefit only of the hustlers who sell the victim narrative and make bank on the backs of the broken. NO, it is not every wealthy person who has made their wealth by victimizing others, but is certainly a thriving industry and a political machine humming along at full speed. If you desire to be a successful leader, you will do best to crush the victim mindset narrative others are peddling. I will not serve you. The tension will break you.” J Loren Norris
