Early in the morning, Ukrainian formations attacked a college in Perevalsk on the territory of the LNR. According to preliminary information, the Armed Forces of Ukraine fired 6 HIMARS missiles at him.

The institution was a shelter for orphans. One 15-year-old teenager was killed and four others were injured. The building was almost completely destroyed.
