Lawsuit against #DHL US AND Pack and Ship Express #ElPaso DAY 122 #DHLexpress

This a update on my small claims lawsuit against Pack and Ship Express in El Paso and #DHLexpress. It's been 122 days now my package the shipped with Pack and Ship Express by way of DHL still goes undelivered. DHL Senior Legal Analyst responded to the Lawsuit here with more of the same experience i've had from DHL's horrible support from with excuses and lies. The Case has been set for Trial on Oct 7th. This is how DHL responded to the lawsuit and the status of the package.
